A little about us...
Oak City Appraisal Group was founded in 2019 by Tonya Amarino. Tonya is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and has been appraising in the Triangle Area of Central North Carolina since 2003. Soon after graduating from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, she began her appraiser training and moved to Raleigh, NC. Raleigh and the Triangle area has been "home" ever since.
Tonya has been married to her husband, Joel, for 15 years and they have 3 beautiful children. When she's not appraising, Tonya is likely cheering on Abigail, Oliver, or Adrianna at the soccer field. Joel is now an Appraiser Trainee and is working towards his Certification. We are a small local business, proud to offer excellent appraisal services to our community. Appraisal Fees
The fee for an appraisal is based on several factors, including: the location of the subject property, the complexity of the report, and the turnaround time requested. Please contact our office for an exact quote for your specific appraisal request.
Payment is expected at the time of the appraisal appointment. Appraisal reports will not be released until payment arrangements have been made. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal. Checks may be accepted with prior approval from the office.

Floor Plans and Measurements
Oak City Appraisal Group's team of Appraisers will precisely measure and sketch detailed floor plans for your home or your listings. Fees for measurements start at $95.00. Please contact us for more information.
